BEE is an important part of both our history and our future. Five years ago we completed a BEE transaction and our current shareholding is as follows: Nozala (a broad based Black female group) 50%; PPC (SA’s largest cement company) 25% and a Management Consortium 25%. As a result Afripack is classified as a Black owned enterprise with a dominant female share-holding and has a level 3 BBBEE certification.
